Team: Search Marketing

- Graduate (Any)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in successfully leading a team.
- Planning, development, and implementation of strategic SEO projects.
- Translate clients’ business goals into successful search engine optimization strategies
- Educate internal marketing teams on SEO processes and principals, develop and update internal SEO documentation
- Continually monitoring industry trends and staying on top of search engine algorithm changes
- Deriving strategies to Upsell ongoing/existing projects
- Lead and execute all activities related to the company’s search marketing strategy.
- Analyze and translate quantitative and qualitative data from web analytics tool into an actionable SEO plan.
- Responsible for understanding client goals and deliverables
- Client meetings / Manage expectations of clients through your understanding of search and communicating via telephone and meetings.
- Make sure all deliverables, timelines and commitments are being met
Detail-oriented with effective verbal & written communication. - BE computers or IT /MCA/ Bsc with computer science
- 5 years of experience of working on web based application using Dot net version 3.0 and above with MS SQL Server.
- Should have handled a 10-member team as a Team Lead for atleast 2 years.
- Minimum 5 projects should have been executed from 2011 onwards
- Should be working on a project currently or finished not earlier than 2 months ago
- Experience in C# and 3-tier architecture
- Currently working in this environment
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Should have handled delivery of project with client or project lead.
- Should have experience in deploying and releasing application on internal and client locations on IIS platform.
- Knowledge of domain mapping and server setup
- Knowledge of web based tracking systems and Content Management Systems
- Keep track of all the ongoing projects and follow-up with a status reporting system. Allocate work within the team and follow up the projects maintaining the timelines till the internal delivery.
- He/ She should guide team on the technology issues and needs to have strong debugging and problem solving skills.
- Ensure the processes and the methodology being followed in the team. This includes the documentation and backups, proper use of software, version controls, coding and quality standards, etc.
- Handle the complete work allotment from new projects as well as AMC projects from start to internal delivery.
