- At least 3 to 4 years of experience with web based applications using ASP.NET with C# and SQL server 2000/2005
- Knowledge in CMS driven web sites, intranet applications is preferable
- Keep track of all the ongoing projects and follow-up with a status reporting system. Allocate work within the team and follow up the projects maintaining the timelines till the internal delivery.
- Discussions with the technical team about the front end - back end communication and decide on the technology issues accordingly
- Play a project leadership role for the Applications team and bring about growth, strong processes and quality measures.
- Handle the complete development role for new projects from start to internal delivery. This includes AMC related projects, enhancements, both fixed and change request based.
- Ensure the processes and the methodology being followed in the team. This includes the documentation and backups, proper use of software, version controls, coding and quality standards, etc.
- Handle all the projects under AMC with client communication and work allotment. Ensure backups and other processes for the reworked files for the maintenance.
