1. Project Manager (Web) – 1 position

Educational Qualification Required: B.Sc. Computer Science or Engineering or Design/ Arts degree (Additional Management degree would be good)

Requirements of Work Experience:

• Atleast 3-4 years of experience in managing Web projects (Websites as well as Web applications).
• Understanding of the requirement, creating specifications documents and handling the project from start till delivery.
• Should have worked on projects like Corporate websites, Managing Work-Flow applications, Shopping Cart applications
• Interaction/ Handling international clients and projects

Brief Job Description: Should be able to handle the entire project from start to delivery

• Managing the project entirely post the pre-sales stage
• Understanding the requirement, suggesting solutions if needed
• Understanding the project scope and scope creep, if any, from client side
• Resource allocation and planning of execution
• Managing the project internally as well as with the client, handling all the communications and documentation
• Supervising the completion and quality check of the project, maintaining and reviewing MIS, ensuring delivery on time with quality
• Stage-wise deliveries and approval/ signoff from the client
• Supervising the wind-up of completed projects

2. Flash Developer - 1 position open

Educational Qualification: Computer Engineering. Additional Computer Programming qualifications (Diploma/ Certification courses)

Experience: Atleast 2-3 years of Flash Programming background.

Technical Skills: Dynamic Flash action-scripting using AS2/ AS3 (Action-Scripting), Complete knowledge of XM for usage in Flash & Flex, Thorough knowledge of Flex 2 and experience in developing RIAs (Rich Internet Applications), Work experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and Javascript, Some programming experience in Java or DotNet would be good, Preferably having worked on Interactive Flash animations, Dynamic Flash Games, web-based applications with Database interaction.

Brief Job Description: Action Scripting based Flash animation, Developing/ Coding Flash based applications/ games, Interacting with team/ clients (if needed) for trouble shooting
problems faced in the project or understanding the different aspects of a requirement, Ability to understand and scope out requirements of different teams/ unit heads for doing enhancements in existing applications/ in new projects, Work allocation among the team, and work as support to the Practice lead/ Project lead, Should be able to work as an independent workstation and also as a team lead to the Flash team.
