As a Senior Paid Media Advertising Business Manager, you will take a leadership role in shaping and executing the strategic vision for paid media campaigns in the digital marketing realm. STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP:
- Spearhead the development and implementation of advanced strategies for paid media advertising, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and client objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to the paid media team, fostering innovation and excellence.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
- Act as the primary liaison for key clients, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge paid media solutions.
- Build and cultivate strong client relationships through strategic guidance and effective communication.
TEAM LEADERSHIP AND MENTORSHIP:
- Lead and mentor a team of paid media professionals, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high-performance.
- Provide strategic guidance on campaign management, optimization, and professional development.
CAMPAIGN PLANNING AND EXECUTION:
- Direct the development and execution of sophisticated paid media campaigns across diverse platforms, with a focus on exceeding client expectations and performance targets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
BUDGET OVERSIGHT AND FINANCIAL STRATEGY:
- Take ownership of advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and delivering maximum return on investment.
- Provide strategic financial oversight and reporting to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics.
DATA ANALYSIS AND INSIGHTS:
- Leverage advanced data analytics tools to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and extract actionable insights.
- Translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations for ongoing optimization.
EXECUTIVE CLIENT PRESENTATIONS:
- Prepare and deliver high-level client presentations, showcasing comprehensive campaign performance, strategic insights, and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand evolving needs and objectives.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:
- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure seamless integration and execution of comprehensive strategies.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between teams to drive overall business success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience in a leadership role within the paid media advertising space.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Affiliate Marketing, etc.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
