JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Paid Media Advertising Business Manager, you will lead and oversee the strategic direction and execution of paid media campaigns in the digital marketing landscape. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in paid media, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms. The Business Manager will play a pivotal role in driving campaign performance, client satisfaction, and team success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for paid media advertising, aligning with overall business objectives and client goals.
- Provide visionary leadership to the paid media team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality paid media solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and strategic guidance.
TEAM MANAGEMENT:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of paid media analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance on campaign strategy, optimization, and professional development.
CAMPAIGN PLANNING AND EXECUTION:
- Oversee the development and execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and performance targets.
- Utilize industry best practices and emerging trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.
BUDGET OVERSIGHT:
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.
- Provide financial oversight and reporting to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics.
DATA ANALYSIS AND INSIGHTS:
- Utilize data analytics tools to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
TRAINING AND MENTORSHIP:
- Train and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on campaign management best practices and analytical techniques.
- Foster a collaborative learning environment within the team.
CLIENT PRESENTATIONS:
- Prepare and deliver regular client presentations, showcasing campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and goals.
COLLABORATION WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS:
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure cohesive and integrated strategies.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between teams to drive overall business success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the paid media advertising space.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Affiliate Marketing, etc.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
