JOB OVERVIEW:
As an Associate Business Manager Paid Media Advertising Manager, you will work closely with the Paid Media team to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for digital marketing. The Assistant Business Manager will contribute to the success of campaigns through campaign set-up coordination, data analysis, and coordination of various advertising activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT:
- Assist in coordinating the planning and execution of paid media advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Support the team in managing campaign schedules, deliverables, and timelines.
DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING:
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance data to derive actionable insights.
- Contribute to the preparation of regular reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
KEYWORD AND AUDIENCE RESEARCH:
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for search campaigns.
- Define and refine target audience segments for various campaigns based on market research and performance data.
CREATIVE COORDINATION:
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure timely development and delivery of ad creatives.
- Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize ad copy and visuals.
MARKET RESEARCH:
- Support the team in conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Contribute to the development of audience targeting strategies.
TRAINING AND MENTORSHIP:
- Train and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on campaign management best practices and analytical techniques.
- Foster a collaborative learning environment within the team.
CLIENT INTERACTION:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients for day-to-day operational queries and updates.
- Facilitate regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to align paid media strategies with overall business goals.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and campaign documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing or advertising role is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
